Chevrolet has announced that a new member of the Corvette Stingray family, along with other cars, will debut at the 2014 New York International Auto Show next week.
The automaker said it will bring a new model of the seventh-generation Corvette Stingray, “an important addition” to its small-car lineup, and an updated 2015 Cruze.
An earlier report has hinted that a hardcore, racetrack-ready Z06X is in the works rather than a ZR1. According to Autoblog, the new Corvette variant could be a limited-edition model or a one-off version like the Black Widow.
Meanwhile, spy shots of a seemingly next-generation Cruze have surfaced. Autoblog, though, said that what they have spied might be a China-only model.
As for the “important addition” to Chevy’s small-car lineup, a previous report suggested that a fresh Spark might arrive in 2015.
Chevy has not released full details about any of the announced vehicles yet. Well, we could just perhaps wait until we see the entire lineup in the Big Apple in a matter of just a few days.
